Terms and Conditions:

Permitted Use -

Personal use (for example, framing for your home, giving as a gift, using as a Facebook cover photo, etc).
Use in the classroom.
Use as decoration in an office or studio-type location.

Not Permitted -

Claiming the art as your own.
Any resale commercial purpose. This includes use on sites like Cafepress and Zazzle. If you wish to resell a product I designed you must contact me prior to purchase to discuss purchasing a commercial license (licensing prices vary). Not all items are available for resale commercial licensing.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Instant download items:

Due to the digital nature of my items I am unable to offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. If there is a problem with the file please contact me and I will resend it to you through email.

Personalized items:

Due to the customized nature of personalized products I am unable to offer cancellations and refunds once work has begun. I will, however, work hard with you to ensure you're satisfied.

Physical prints:

I allow cancellations and refunds within 24 hours of ordering. After the 24 hour period has passed a cancellation is not possible as your item will have been sent to my printer.
If you are not pleased with your non-personalized purchase and wish to return your print you must contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Tarot Readings:

Cancellations are not available on tarot readings.

Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only. I will not answer questions about death, health, or other questions only a professional in the area can answer. I reserve the right to refuse any question if I feel it crosses a legal boundary (such as stalking).
